2025 AGM
DBQ AGM - 17 May 2025 - 1pm
The DBQ Board now seeks nominations for the positions of DBQ President, Finance Officer and Board Members (x3) along with Expressions of Interest for Operational Positions in accordance with the Constitution (Rules).
Due to the resignation of Jenny Cotton as President and Roslyn Rose as Board Member 4, elections for these positions will be conducted at the DBQ AGM on Saturday 17 May 2025. Those elected as President and Board Member 4 will be elected for a period of 1 year, to maintain the 2-year rotational system of board retirements. Other elections will be conducted at the AGM in accordance with this 2-year rotation.
Nominations close on Saturday 3 May 2025.
The AGM will be held at 1pm on Saturday 17 May 2025, at which time all nominees will be given the opportunity to address their suitability for the position. Operational positions will be selected by the Board members at a later date.
