The Board would like to update our members on the purpose of the Members' Forums

• the forums are held approx. every three months.  
• they provide a place for the Board to share information and updates with the clubs
• the Board will seek items of interest from clubs aprox 1 month prior to holding
• an Agenda is provided to all all clubs
• the proceedings are recorded 
• all members (not just Club committee) are welcome to attend
• members attending must register through RevSport
• forums are not a place to raise grievances.  Grievances can be raised through the MPIO or directly to the board.
